Aged in American oak for 3 months, this fragrant chardonnay has aromas of peach, almonds and vanilla. It has a crisp palate of papaya & ripe stonefruit, candied lemon peel and hints of oak, showing malolactic fermentation characters. The 2005 Chardonnay will reward medium term cellaring.
