Aged in American oak barriques for 12 months, this Mudgee Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of cassis, cinnamon and cigar box. The palate exhibits rich caramelised dark cherries, raisins and cassis with a lingering finish. The excellent balance of fruit and oak integration ensures this wine will reward medium term cellaring. 14.3%
