An Italian style Vermouth. A magic potion of herbs and spices that is
an ideal unwinder over ice. There are two categories of Vermouth.
French Vermouth (white and dry) and Italian Vermouth (Bianco and Rosso
- both sweet). The former is a vital ingredient of Bond's Dry Martini,
while it is the latter, the Rosso, which we make. Both can be spiced in
the same manner which in our case, is by infusing the herbs and then
distilling to produce an essence. Pipeclay Vermouth is superb in
summer served in a deep glass over ice and during winter, served heated
to really capture the spirit of the season.

Palate: Medium bodied with a firm finish
Pipeclay Vermouth will cellar well for another 1 to 5 years
