2007 Pieter van Gent Muller Thurgau

This grape variety was developed in the 1880s when Swiss botanist Hermann Muller from the Thurgau province crossed Riesling and Madeleine Royale.

By restricting yields we have been able to produce an aromatic and minerally wine revealing quince and embracing a vibrant crisp dry finish. Price: $16.00

2007 Pieter van Gent Matrix Chardonnay

This is a special wine sourced from the oldest Chardonnay rootstock in Australia.

It has received traditional treatment withy barrel fermentation in new French and American oak hogsheads (300 liters) for 10 months. It was rested on yeast lees before bottling in January 2007.
